SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

LIMITED DROPS & PRE-ORDERS

TRUST 22 releases products in limited drops to keep each collection exclusive.

All items are available for pre-order until the drop closes. Once a drop sells out, you’ll have to wait for the next restock.

NEXT RESTOCK: 1ST DECEMBER

We recommend ordering early, as stock is limited and pieces may sell out.

SHIPPING

All UK orders are sent via tracked shipping.

UK SHIPPING: 3–5 WORKING DAYS

Please note that the 3–5 working day delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched.

For pre-order items, orders will be dispatched once the relevant drop has closed and your order is ready to ship.

You’ll receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns and refunds in accordance with our returns policy.

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the contact form. We’ll provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Free from any marks, stains, damage or signs of wear

Please do not send a return without contacting us first, as we need to provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and confirm your refund where the return meets our requirements.
